Tabata and HIIT Express
A high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. This class will blast calories and tone muscles through a variety of exercises. This class is designed for intermediate and advanced participants, but movements can be modified.
Use the scheduling link on the right to schedule and pay for a single training session. We also offer a subscription membership which reserves your spot full-time in your class of choice. All group exercise classes are held at the My Fit Journey location at 421 East Main Street in Franklin, NC.
